Service Description

In person Ergonomic Assessment and recommendations to reduce unwanted stress on your body from poor postures while working from home or at work. We will recommend and provide tips on better equipment that is cost effective to improve your body mechanics and posture. We get creative with what you have around the house as well to improve your posture and decrease financial costs for you! We also provide you with a home exercise program of stretches and exercises that is individualized to help take away the aches and pains you have been experiencing with this change in work environment.
