One on One remote personalized yoga sessions created from a postural and movement assessment by Sarah to target the areas of weakness and help you achieve your goals. You will have access to these individualized yoga sessions to keep for years! As you get stronger and progress in your yoga sequence, Sarah can schedule further appointments at a discounted price of 80 dollars to progress to the next skill level based off of Sarah's evaluation.
